Radish

The temperature of 10°–15°C is optimum for proper development of roots, texture and flavour. Maximum root growth occurs initially at 20°–30°C but later at temperature of 10°–14°C. Radish can be grown almost in all kinds of soils but friable loam soil with high humus content is most suited.
